The Eternal Tiara is an object in the world of Petite Princess Yucie. It is said that it will grant any wish to the one who's fit to become the Platinum Princess.

The Eternal Tiara is a legendary five jewel encrusted platinum tiara with pieces of stones from the five worlds: the Human World, the Heavens, the Demon World, the Spirit World, and the Fairy World containing the magical power of these five worlds the Eternal Tiara is said to grant any wish made by its wearer, the Platinum Princess is the one who receives the Eternal Tiara it is also said that she must possess a heart worthy of the tiara and she only comes along once every one thousand years. But if anyone other than the Platinum Princess were to touch the tiara that person will surely lose their life according to what Queen Ercell said to Yucie when she was about to touch it after she was guided by the light of the tiara.
In Episode 10, according to an old book it was divided into five because of the immense powers held within the tiara, it has been divided into 5 with one part sealed in each of the five worlds to this day, no person has been able to gather these together to complete the tiara which is why it was an impossible and dangerous task since the pieces of the tiara were kept in the most dangerous places of the five worlds. Until 20 years ago, Gunbard successfully completed the tiara and earn a high rank. In Episode 26 it was upgraded with a sixth piece from the Magic World. After granting the wish Yucie made and after the wishes granted, the tiara disappears.

The Eternal Tiara can grant a wish the wearer wishes.
But there are conditions: The other Platinum Princess candidates will be sacrificed, to achieve full power, the Platinum Princess candidates were cursed to be stuck on their 10 year old selves, and lastly, Diabolos will appear to destroy the world it wreaks.
